2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.) may occur, and we will notify you if there are any changes to your delivery schedule.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹899.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this value, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your shipment in real time.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in locating it with the courier service. If unresolved, we will provide a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
